Poor upkeep at the pool area detracted from the experience, with visible debris needing attention and hygiene concerns around cleanliness.

I recently spent 4 nights at a lovely hotel where I enjoyed a fantastic spa treatment and a refreshing rooftop pool. The breakfast was delicious, though service was a bit slow one morning. I'd choose this place again!

my stay was delightful as the hotel was only about 500 meters from the beautiful Koutoubia Mosque and around 2 km from the enchanting Jardin Majorelle, making it super easy to explore these iconic sights on foot while enjoying the vibrant streets of marrakesh.

The hammam treatment was exceptionally relaxing.

The rooftop pool vibes were awesome, especially with the DJ. The hammam experience was pure bliss!

staying at 2ciels was fantastic! the location was great, with nice cafes and shops nearby, just a 20-minute walk to explore the old town. the rooftop bar provided awesome views, perfect for relaxing evenings. the staff in the restaurant were superb, and i loved indulging in a hot stone massage at the spa. breakfast was exceptional, with tasty options and no extra cost for eggs.

The rooftop was a lekker hangout, especially with the cocktails and sunset views. Staff was super helpful, even changed my flight. Brekkie spread was tasty, loved those pancakes!

Check-in took a while—bit of a jol waiting but they offered Moroccan tea to help pass the time.

The rooftop bar had a vibrant atmosphere, great for cocktails and sunsets, but it closed too early. I wished I could have enjoyed the rooftop pool later in the evening. The breakfast offered was impressive, with a great variety of options, although we faced an unexpected charge when ordering it to our room. Ordering breakfast a la carte turned out to be costly—49 euros for two, which felt misleading. At least the service staff were kind and attentive. I also enjoyed a relaxing evening by the pool, albeit the water was freezing. The issue with the wifi was persistent and forced us to depend on our phone's hotspot. Despite the inconveniences, the hotel’s location in Gueliz made getting around easy. I encountered some cleanliness concerns at the rooftop pool with debris and bird droppings not being addressed regularly. It would be nice if this area received more attention. Finally, I appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, a nice touch.
